Administrator

CSJ Initiatives is looking for an administrator for Caritas/Wichita Center who can promote a safe, healthy living and working environment that provides a vibrant quality of life for the Adorers' of the Blood of Christ (ASC) sisters and a welcoming environement for guests. With appreciation for the culture of religious life, the administrator oversees the operations of a small continuing care retirement community and its staff, modeling the Adorers' values: reverence and respect, community, excellence, stewardship and spirituality. 

Salary is commensurate with experience and entry level is $94, 104. 

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree and 3+ years of operations experience in a nursing home or assisted living environment
• Current Kansas license to operate a licensed long-term care facility 
• Prior experience with facilites managment and direct staff supervision 
• Ability to work in a collaborative and flexible environement 
• Excellent organization, analytical, decision-making, and written and roal communication skills

Knowlege, Skills and Abilities 

• Willingness to learn and appreciate the ASC mission and charism, including religious life and spiritual practices, and to incorporate them into daily operations.
• Ability to lead group meetings and manage multiple projects within expected time frames.
• Ability to manage and support center staff
• Fiscal responsibility, including budget planning and management 

Working Conditions

• Standard office environment 
• Occasional overnight travel may be required
