Sunporch of Dodge City is seeking a Director of Clinical Excellence (RN) who is passionate about bringing people together to provide exceptional care and achieve better outcomes for residents.

What You'll Do
Your primary focus will be leading the clinical team toward better outcomes for residents.
You'll:
- Provide clinical leadership and bring the interdisciplinary team together around shared goals for resident care
- Identify trends, challenges, and opportunities using clinical data, observations, and feedback
- Lead the team in developing practical solutions that improve resident outcomes and quality of life
- Coach and develop nurses, CNAs, and other clinical team members to strengthen skills, confidence, and accountability
- Foster a culture where team members communicate openly, share ideas, and work together to solve problems
- Lead quality improvement initiatives and follow through to ensure improvements are sustained
- Promote proactive approaches to identifying and addressing changes in resident condition
- Partner with providers, therapy, social services, residents, and families to create coordinated, individualized care
- Support regulatory compliance while keeping the focus on why we do what we do—the residents we serve
- Monitor clinical outcomes and help the team understand what the data is telling us
- Celebrate successes while continually looking for the next opportunity to improve

Pay: $92,000.00 - $95,000.00 per year
