Your Role: As our Director of Nursing (DON), you will:

• Lead the administration and management of Nursing Services for our residents, ensuring high standards of care and compliance.
• Foster a positive, team-oriented culture, creating a work environment that promotes collaboration, open communication, and staff empowerment.
• Oversee and mentor your nursing team, helping them grow professionally while maintaining a high quality of care and quality of life for our residents.

What We’re Looking For: We are seeking a leader who has:

• A genuine passion for working with seniors and making a lasting impact in their lives.
• A dynamic, energetic, and flexible personality that fosters positive relationships with residents and staff alike.
• Current RN licensure with prior experience in long-term care or skilled nursing facilities (LTC/SNF) preferred.
