We are seeking a Senior Living Sales Director - Independent Living to join our team in the Kansas City / Olathe market. The Senior Living Sales Director is responsible for all sales activities for independent living areas in our community. Senior living sales experience is highly preferred. This individual should have excellent sales closing skills with a history of achieving high occupancy. Proficient in using CRM daily to record all sales activity. Collaborative team player with a high level of customer service and hospitality. Responsible for all sales activity, including occupancy of the community and reaching and exceeding targeted move in goals. Self-motivated to accomplish move in goals with a strong sense of accountability for results. Discover needs of prospective residents and their families and conduct appropriate follow up activities in order to facilitate positive, trusting relationships. Approximately 25% of time will be spent with outreach activities to professional referral sources to increase those referrals. Participates with the community leadership team to promote the mission to provide senior services guided by Christian values. The employee values the Community as the residents' home and works to create attributes of home and models person centered care.

EDUCATION, EXPERIENCE and/or TRAINING:

  • A minimum of an Associate's Degree (Bachelor's degree preferred) in a health-related field (i.e. nursing, social work, case management and/or health care marketing).
