RN / LPN / MDS Coordinator

The MDS Coordinator is ressponsible for coordinating and overseeing the completion and submission of the federally mandated Minimum Data Set (MDS) assessments for residents in our skilled nursing facility.  This role ensures compliance with reulatory requiremtns, accurate reimbursement, and the development of individualized care plans to improve resident outcomes.  This position would also include other nursing and administrative duties and responsibilities as assigned.
