Job Description:

We are currently looking for dedicated and compassionate caregivers to provide excellent care to 30-35 residents in our Assisted Living Community. As a caregiver, you will be responsible for ensuring residents' comfort, well-being, and daily living needs are met with respect and dignity.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide personal care services including assistance with bathing, dressing, grooming, and mobility.
• Monitor residents’ health and report changes in condition to the healthcare team.
• Assist with meal preparation and feeding when necessary.
• Provide companionship and emotional support to residents.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized living environment.
• Document and report care provided as required.
• Follow established care plans and contribute to the development of care plans.

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in assisted living, nursing, or healthcare is preferred but not required.
• Compassionate, empathetic, and patient approach to caregiving.
• Ability to work effectively in a team and independently.
• Flexibility to work evening, night, and PRN shifts.
• Ability to lift, move, and support residents as necessary.
• Must pass background checks and drug screenings.
