Your Role

As the Director of Nursing (DON), you will:

• Lead and inspire a team of skilled nursing professionals.
• Oversee daily nursing operations to ensure compliance with all regulations and standards.
• Develop and implement resident care plans with a focus on individualized, holistic care.
• Promote staff development and foster a culture of continuous improvement.
• Collaborate with administration to uphold the mission and vision of our facility.

What We’re Looking For

• Education & Licensure: RN license in Kansas (or ability to obtain). BSN required; MSN preferred.
• Experience: in a nursing leadership role, preferably in long-term care or geriatrics.
• Skills: Strong organizational, leadership, and interpersonal skills. Knowledge of federal, state, and local healthcare regulations.
• Attributes: Compassionate, detail-oriented, and driven by a commitment to exceptional care.
