Redbud Village is seeking an Administrator to contribute to building a strong foundational team for our community. Redbud Village is a not-for profit. The board members of the community are taking steps towards a new state of the art facility. Redbud Village is managed by Action Pact Management.
The Administrator will be responsible for maintaining systems and practices that correlate to the companies philosophies and regulations. Additional responsibilities include overseeing quality assurance, regulatory compliance, coordination of resident’s health and wellness needs, team development, marketing/sales, dining services and maintenance. The Administrator will be a skilled leader who mentors the teams to ensure that all practices support the values of person-centered and resident-directed care.
