Position Summary Responsible for assisting team in managing Association Insurance programs and member engagement activities. Provides support for Director of Administrative Operations, and President/CEO.
Qualifications
College degree
Must maintain a Kansas Insurance license (P&C and Life Health)
Exceptional interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills
Excellent organization skills and attention to details
Proficient in Word Processing, Excel, database management and reporting, and online meeting platforms
Ability to multi-task, work in a team environment and work efficiently under a deadline
Enjoys working in a fast-paced, flexible environment
Must be well-organized, able to manage a wide variety of tasks
Ability to travel 30-40% of the time
Physical Demands
Lift and move items up to thirty (30) pounds
Sit, stand, and walk for extended periods of time
Ability to work on computer for hours at a time and concentrate on detailed information
Must be able to speak and listen effectively
Job Duties
Collaborate with internal team to draft annual action plansfor EBI & KING
Oversee scheduling and content for KING & EBI Member Rounds, Annual Meetings, and Webinars/ Seminars
Meet regularly with KING & EBI Service Team (TPA, consultants, legal counsel, claims adjustors, and case managers)
Produce quarterly newsletters for KING & EBI
Manage dissemination of member data, benchmarking, and dashboard reports
Maintain and update KING & EBI website and online resources
Manage KING Safety Grant Program
Conduct member visits and pursue member relationship building
Conduct orientation on KING and/or EBI for new Members and/or new HR personnel
Facilitate communication between members and Service Teams for challenging claims
Assist with marketing and enrollment activities (P&C and L&H license required)
