ABOUT THE ROLE:
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by the physician
- Monitor patients' vital signs and report any changes to the medical team
- Maintain accurate patient records and documentation.
-Collaborate with other members of the healthcare team to develop and implement individualized care plans for residents.
- Ensure compliance with all healthcare regulations and protocols
