Chief Executive Officer

Catholic Care Campus Inc. dba Santa Marta is looking for a proven healthcare executive to join and lead our management team as the Chief Executive Officer. Santa Marta is a continuing care retirement community owed by the Archdiocese of Kansas City in Kansas.   Reporting to the Board of Directors, the Chief Executive Officer (CEO) provides strategic leadership for the organization by working with the Executive Leadership Team to establish and execute both short and long range goals, strategies, plans, and policies.

The CEO will ensure the provision of healthcare services in keeping with Catholic social teaching.  The CEO will guide operational decision-making processes necessary for the successful attainment of goals and objectives, in addition to maintaining an awareness of changes in healthcare and both internal and external environmental matters.  The CEO will ensure success of the organization through quality enhancement, cost containment, revenue growth and development of strong relationships with staff, board members, and community partners. Driven by the core values of the organization, the CEO is the primary face and voice of the organization to a wide variety of stakeholders.
